Do you Accept Insurance?
We do accept insurance, the proper insurance may cover most or all of your treatment. While different plans cover different levels of care, this will all be covered over the phone with our admissions counselors.
What is Insurance Verificaiton?
Insurance verification is a free and quick process, you can see our page on treatment costs for more details about how easy and confidential the insurance verification is.
Do You Accept Medicare or Medicaid?
Road to Freedom is not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid however, often if insurance is provided through a Medicare or Medicaid program that insurance may cover treatment with us. There is a common misconception that insurance provided to you by state/government will not cover treatment, but insurance is required to cover mental health/addiction treatment. What If I Don't Have Insurance?

What Forms of Payments Are Accepted?
For our self-pay rates we accept all major credit cards, cashier's checks, wire transfers, and cash. Funds must be approved prior to admission. If there is a daily limit applied to your credit card the transaction may need to be approved prior to payment.
How Do I Begin Admission?
The admission process can easily begin by calling one of our counselors today at (844) 402-3605. We'll begin by verifying your insurance and answering any questions you may have. Our admissions process may take between 10-20 minutes to complete and is completely free and confidential. During the pre-screening process if there are concerns regarding your health we may request necessary records to guarantee your highest quality of care. Admission is generally available the same day you give us a call, depending on travel.
How Do I Get to Road to Freedom?
Palm Beach International Airport is the closest and preferable airport to fly in to (15 Minutes). Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International is a 60 minute trip from Road to Freedom. Miami International Airport is 1 hour 15 minute trip. If you would like to drive to our facility yourself or be dropped off, that is also an option. Your vehicle may be inspected to insure your and other patients safety.
What Should I Bring to Treatment?
Our admissions counselors will provide you with a list of approved items to bring. In general, 10 days worth of clothing, toiletry items (no products containing alcohol), stationary, appropriate reading material, etc.
Will I Be Able to Call Loved Ones While I'm In Treatment?
When you arrive at our facility our staff will notify your contact to inform them that you have arrived safely. During your individualized counseling you may have phone calls with family members. Our program also provides Family Workshops.
Should I Bring Medications?
