The God who performed the miracles is still performing them today!
The Christian life is not always one of clear sailing. Every believer is going to have some rough days no matter how holy they try to be. Jesus isn’t just with us in good times, He is also there during the rough times. Jesus is faithful and caring through every kind of storm. You might even question God’s love for you. He does not condemn you but feels your pain and despair. We have men and women come to the Road to Freedom program who have been whipped and beaten down by life. We hear stories every day that just break our hearts, and tears fill our eyes. One thing we know is that Jesus loves them. He loves the “down and outer.” He loves the poor and sick. He loves those who sorrow and weep. He came into this world to set us free and give us a better future. All we need to do is accept what He offers!
We see a lot of destruction here, but we also see a lot of miracles. Nothing gives us greater joy than seeing a life changed!
Remember, it is Jesus who will make a way, when there seems no way.
There is a miracle every day.
